Coach Reg · Bob Regnerus

You already know
what's eating you alive.
Say it out loud.

I ask you questions. You hear yourself answer them.
Everything changes.

Bring me the thing you can't say out loud

The Truth

You've been circling this thing for years.

  • The thing you're avoiding.
  • The thing you keep repeating.
  • The thing you only admit to yourself at 3am.
  • The thing that eats at your insides.
  • The thing that wakes you up and won't let you sleep.
  • The thing you keep inside because it's too embarrassing or too scary to say out loud.
  • The thing that irritates you beyond measure and won't resolve.

You've paid therapists to let you circle it, coaches to give you frameworks around it, and masterminds to distract you from it.

Nobody has ever looked you in the eye and said: Say it. Right now. I'm not going anywhere.

That's what I do. I hold the space, I don't flinch, and I don't judge. You say the thing out loud, the real thing, the thing underneath all the other things, and it loses its power over you.

Why Now

The cost of circling is real, and it compounds.

Every month you spend circling a costly decision is a month of compounding cost. Not just financially, but in clarity, in team confidence, and in your own sense of forward motion.

01
What got you here isn't working anymore
The same instincts, the same style, the same grip. The habits that built your first decade of success have become your ceiling. And when achievement stops satisfying, the problem is the pattern underneath it rather than your motivation.
02
You're too close to see it
You've been thinking about this for years, and more thinking isn't going to crack it. What you need is a different vantage point, someone outside the pressure who can read the pattern from a distance. You can't see your own blind spot.
03
Most coaching hands you a prescription before anyone has made a diagnosis
Your situation doesn't need another 12-week program. It needs someone to sit with you and ask the one question that cracks it open. The tighter the grip, the worse the shot. In golf and in business.
04
The pattern is running whether you name it or not
It shows up in how you handle conflict, how you respond to pressure, how you make the call when the stakes are real. Naming it is the first step to changing it.
What This Is

This isn't coaching. This is the conversation you've been avoiding.

What I have is a question, and the willingness to sit there while you answer it.

This is one honest conversation. The kind where you hear yourself say the thing you've been carrying, maybe for months and maybe for decades, and you feel it release.

Safety is the word for it. You can finally say the thing and know the person across from you isn't going anywhere.

I'm not here to make you feel better. I'm here to make you feel honest.

I give you a mirror and a specific question about what's running underneath everything you're doing. The moment you name it out loud, the spell breaks, and then we can actually move.

"He will listen for what you don't say and help you in a way that I have not been helped by coaches before. He's the coach of all coaches."

How We Work Together

Everything starts with one conversation.

The work starts the moment we talk. There's nothing to fill out first and no call to get past. You bring the thing, I ask the questions, and you hear yourself answer them. Most people tell me they felt it shift inside the first twenty minutes.

Who This Is For

You've already done the work. The pattern is still there.

This is for founders, athletes, and leaders who have already spent years being coached and advised and analyzed, and something still isn't moving.

If you've said any of these recently, we should talk:

  • "I feel stuck but I don't know why."
  • "What got me here isn't working anymore."
  • "I've outgrown this version of myself."
  • "Something feels off and I can't articulate it."
  • "I know the answer, I just can't see it."
  • "I'm exhausted by achievement that no longer satisfies."

Everyone in your life is too polite to say it. I'm not.

"He calls himself a coach, but honestly, that word doesn't do him justice. My time with Bob felt more like a conversation with a patient, seasoned mentor who genuinely had my best interests at heart. He met me exactly where I was, which was precisely what I needed."

Michael Liebowitz — Founder, Magnetic Mind Studio

"Bob is seriously one of the most kind, centered, loving, empathetic, spiritual and incredibly passionate people I know. He can hear things about you — he taps into his intuition to share things that you really need to hear at your core."

My Story

Forty years in locker rooms taught me how to read people before I had the words for it.

Bob Regnerus — Coach Reg

I started as a basketball coach. Twenty-something years old, standing in front of teenagers and telling them how to move. What I was really learning, though I couldn't name it then, was how to read a person, and not by their words but by their patterns. The way a player's confidence drained in the fourth quarter told me everything about what they said to themselves when they were alone.

Then came golf, and the game broke me open.

The golf course is unlike any other diagnostic tool I've ever found. There's nowhere to hide on a golf course. Your psychology writes itself in real time, in front of you, in every swing. How you respond to a bad shot tells me who you are inside your business.

How you grip a 7-iron under stress is how you grip a partnership decision. How you talk to yourself after a bad hole is how you talk to yourself after a hard quarter. The course doesn't lie.

Bob Regnerus on the golf course

Over 40 years of coaching I've worked with more than 1,500 athletes, and across 30 years of building my own businesses I've sat with better than 5,000 entrepreneurs. What I found, and this took me decades to understand, is that they all have the same problem underneath, no matter how different their circumstances look. There is something they are not saying out loud. Something they have been carrying. And the moment someone creates the space for them to say it, really say it, without being fixed or analyzed or redirected, something releases. And then everything moves.

I'm not a therapist, and I'm not a life coach in the Instagram sense. I've sat with a lot of people in the worst moment of their lives, and I have never once found the answer in a framework.

But none of that is why people stay. They stay because in one conversation, I name the thing they've been circling for years. Not because I'm smarter than them. Because I love them enough not to let them keep lying to themselves.

"I entered my session with Bob feeling stuck, a bit depressed and completely unmotivated. He then magically gave me a whole new way of unearthing deeper feelings and insights I hadn't considered. He restored my motivation and enthusiasm for moving towards the work I truly love."

Michael Hauge — Hollywood Story Expert, Best-Selling Author

"If you're looking for a coach who supports you with love, compassion, and integrity, and can be the Obi-Wan Kenobi to your next and greatest self, I highly recommend working with Bob."
